The Toledo Rotary Club Foundation, through the Youth Services committee, was one of the major funders for Northwest Ohio Children’s Dance Education Association’s presentation of Dancing Wheels The Snowman. This joyous celebration of dance diversity and inclusion featured 20 local children with and without disabilities, representing Toledo Public Schools, Hope Learning Academy and Queen of Apostles school. The performance, at the Stranahan Theater, was attended by nearly 2,000 elementary school students and their teachers from throughout northwest Ohio. The success of this project was directly related to a highly successful collaboration with Toledo Public Schools.
