The Rotary Club of Toledo has a Foundation that is independently governed by 9 Trustees. The Trustees met recently to organize its committees and objectives for the Rotary year. In the coming months, you will hear more details about the investments, governance, and fundraising for the Foundation.  

The Foundation’s primary mission is to manage donations into the foundation and disperse grants to community nonprofit organizations.  Our Foundation was established over 100 years ago and is structured to sustain its mission, but requires donations through an annual campaign and Legacy League program.   

The Foundation has a healthy financial position, allowing it to set a highest-ever grant budget of $280,540 for this Rotary year.  We are excited to tell you more about the good work our Club is doing in the community, and how you can support the Foundation for future projects.  We are launching the annual campaign on September 21 and encourage you to attend the Foundation Day of Impact meeting that day.
