Rotary on the Road: Seagate Centre - Robb Voyles, Halliburton

Robb L. Voyles is Executive Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel of Halliburton Company and a member of the Company’s Executive Committee.  In his role, he advises the Chief Executive Officer and Board of Directors on corporate governance and legal matters. From March 2017 through June 2017, he also served as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer.

Before joining Halliburton, Mr. Voyles was a senior partner at Baker Botts LLP, where he served as global chair of the Litigation Department and as a member of its executive committee. His practice focused on commercial, securities, and Foreign Corrupt Practices Act litigation and investigations. He represented major accounting and law firms in professional liability litigation, as well as major corporations in commercial, securities, and technology litigation and government investigations.

Mr. Voyles is a member of the Board of Directors of Jones Energy Inc. He is chair of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee and a member of the Audit and Compensation Committees.

Mr. Voyles holds a Juris Doctor from University of Michigan Law School and a Bachelor of Business Administration from University of Dayton in Ohio. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the American Bar Association, and he is a Fellow of the Texas, Dallas County, and Travis County Bar Foundations.
