Lisa McDuffie - YWCA

The YWCA of Northwest Ohio has been in our community for 154 years. Our work focuses on injustices toward women, girls and people of color. This presentation will provide an overview of YWCA programs and educate each business leader on cost saving/life saving measures to address Intimate Partner Violence. Domestic violence, sexual violence, dating violence, and stalking are workplace issues and impact the workplace even if the incidents occur elsewhere. The place of employment often becomes an easy target because the perpetrator can readily locate or access an intended victim. What’s your response?
