Stephanie Beebe is the Lead Abatement Coordinator for the City of Toledo Department of Neighborhoods. On Monday, March 1st, 2021, Stephanie will talk about the data she has regarding lead poisoning in our community’s children. Currently, the children in Toledo have a far higher average than the national average for lead poisoning. Stephanie will share the vision of her program and how we can partner with others to better protect our community’s children.
Ms. Beebe has a BS in Criminal Justice from the University of Toledo and is currently pursuing her Master’s of Public Administration. She has been working in housing and public safety since 2006, most recently for 6 years at the Lucas County Land Bank as a Project Manager. While in that position Stephanie coordinated the largest demolition and vacant lot repurposing program in the City of Toledo.
