Chair of the Dolly Parton Imagination Library

Debbie is a lifelong resident of Toledo.  She graduated from University of Toledo with a degree in Organizational and Legal Administration.  She lives with her husband, Dennis and they have 3 adult children.

Debbie is active in the community.  She is Past President of the Girls Scouts of Northwest Ohio and served on the board for 13 years.

She is a Founding Member of the United Way Women’s Initiative.  She is Past President of the Women’s Initiative and currently serves on the board.  She is Chair of the Dolly Parton Imagination Library heading up the rollout of the program to the Toledo Public School System and most recently the Oregon School District.

Debbie is a Vice President and Senior Portfolio Manager with Morgan Stanley.  She is a Certified Financial Planner and Chartered Life Underwriter.

This year she opened the Manitou Beach Glass Factory in Manitou Beach Michigan where she creates and sells fused glass art.
