Mr. Kamsickas, 49, is president, chief executive officer, and a director of Dana Holding Corporation and will speak about Dana’s growth trajectory. With more than a quarter century of global automotive and business experience, he joined Dana in August 2015 after serving as President, CEO, and a Director of International Automotive Components (IAC) Group for more than eight years. Prior to that, he spent 18 years at Lear Corporation in numerous domestic and international positions, ultimately as head of its Interior Systems Division. Mr. Kamsickas serves on the Board of Trustees of The Manufacturers Alliance for Productivity and Innovation.
