PDG and PP Chuck Stocking - Principle Business Enterprises, Inc.

Chuck Stocking is a native of a small farm community in north central Illinois, where he grew up around baling hay, feeding livestock and learning how vital it is to take care of Mother Nature and love her for her beauty.  Following high school, where he played 4 years of football, he went on to play small college football as a guard and linebacker. Chuck majored in business administration, which set his interest and passion for the world of commerce.  Post graduate education continued at Northwestern University School of Law with a focus on business law.

Since then, Chuck found himself assuming business leadership as Vice President and House Counsel for a Chicago-based public company.  But the call to help the small business started by his wife Carol’s parents, pulled him to the Toledo area, and thus began a business adventure which is a passion for his whole family.  Chuck is Co-CEO of Principle Industries, Inc. and serves with his wife, Carol in that capacity.  Together they have 3 children, and most recently Andy, their oldest son, has joined the company as EVP of Marketing.

Chuck has also been active in the world of Rotary for over 40 years—serving as Toledo Rotary President in 1994 and Rotary District Governor in 2000-2001.  “Rotary has been such a blessing for our family and business”.
