Notre Dame Academy is the only school in NW Ohio that currently offers
the International Baccalaureate Program. The IB program is an interactive and highly engaging
process. Students are able to develop their critical thinking skills and earn College Credit for a
successful transition to the University level.

Mrs Grilliot is President of Notre Dame
Academy. Prior to being appointed President, she was NDA’s Principal. Mrs. Grilliot holds superintendent,
educational administrative and teaching licenses from the Ohio Department of Education. She holds
a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Findlay and a Master of Education degree from
Bowling Green State University. Mrs. Grilliot currently serves on the OCSAA as an External
Validation Team Chairperson and on the OCSAA State Review Committee. She is also a member of
the College of Education Dean’s Advisory Board at the University of Findlay. Kim and her husband
Jeff live in Toledo and are the proud parents of three adult children.
