Mark Clouse and Lis Knibbe

Lis and Mark will explore how urban renewal resulted in the redevelopment of the heart of downtown Toledo, resulting in the construction of the Fiberglass Tower and then how the Tower is being reborn as Tower on the Maumee. A mixed use development for residential and office tenants with a first floor retail/restaurant amenity to serve the building and greater downtown.
