Taylor Burciaga - Sofia Quintero Arts & Cultural Center

Taylor Burciaga has been a part of the nonprofit industry for over 15 years. Her past involvement includes Viva South CDC, the Toledo Cultural Arts Center, she was the past Director of the Maumee Chamber of Commerce and now the Sofia Quintero Arts and Cultural Center (SQACC).  She has been the Executive Director for over 4 years but has been involved with the center since its inception. Over the past couple of years, she has worked to grow and collaborate with other organizations as well as market to new areas and individuals. The Sofia Quintero Center focuses its programming on art, cooking and gardening and is open to the community and public.

Taylor grew up in the Old South End of Toledo and after graduating from Bowling Green State University she stayed in the area to continue her community involvement. In addition to her nonprofit background, her past career involvement also involved Event Planning, Toledo City Council and dance.

Taylor currently serves on the Board of the Toledo Land Bank, the Association of Fundraising Professionals of Northwest Ohio as well as the Broadway Corridor Coalition.
